Dr. Emmanuelle Lerat is a Belgian general dentist with 28 years of experience treating both adults and children. She graduated from the Louvain Dental University in Belgium in 1998 and completed a specialization in Prosthodontics the following year.
Before relocating to Dubai, she built her career across well-known private practices in Brussels. She is known for working in clear and open dialogue with her patients, taking the time to explain each treatment procedure and respecting the timings agreed with them.
Alongside her general practice, Dr. Emmanuelle has completed extensive further training in pediatric dentistry, veneers and conscious sedation practice, and regularly attends lectures and seminars to stay current with developments in the field. Her treatment scope includes general and restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, crowns, bridges, inlays and onlays, periodontics, root canal treatment, prostheses, and surgical extractions including wisdom teeth.
Dr. Emmanuelle lives by the principle ‘Service Above Self’ and has given considerable time to community work, joining dental mission trips to Vietnam in 2007, Ethiopia in 2015 and Togo in 2019. In May 2019 she received the DHCA Excellence Award in recognition of her dedication and volunteerism. She is also the author and publisher of the children’s comic book ‘The Little Mouse at the Dentist’.
